Dr. Angela Scruggs

Dr. Angela Scruggs is a licensed counselor, educator, and advocate with over 20 years of experience serving children, families, and the Deaf community. As supervisor of this workshop, she is committed to equipping parents and caregivers with practical, research-based tools that foster safety, resilience, and open communication with children.
